A deposit is required on all bookings, this deposit will be taken off the total bill on the day of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failing to do so will result in you losing your deposit, and a new deposit will be required for your next appointment. You will be charged the full treatment cost if you cancel on the day or fail to attend your appointment. If you have purchased a course of treatments and you fail to give the correct cancellation notice - you will lose a session from your course. If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time will be cut down - so please ensure you allow plenty of time for travel and parking.
