A £25 deposit is required on all bookings, this deposit will be taken off the total bill on the day of your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failing to do so will result in you losing your deposit, and a new deposit will have to be made for your next appointment. If you have purchased a course of treatments and you fail to give the correct cancellation notice - you will lose a session from your course. If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time will be cut down - so please ensure you allow
plenty of time for travel and parking. You don’t want to start off your treatment rushing and stressed.
